Shipping charges

Shipping charges are calculated by us based on the delivery location and order amount. The applicable charges will be communicated as part of the final order total before you pay.

Delivery time

Typical delivery is within one week after payment confirmation. Some orders may arrive within 1–2 days. These are estimates; the timeline confirmed for your order depends on product availability, destination and transport arrangements.

If a different timeline is needed for your order, we will communicate it before payment. We will inform you of material delays that come to our attention. Any rights relating to late delivery or non-delivery under applicable law remain unaffected.

Delivery details

Please provide an accurate address, PIN code and reachable telephone number. If an incorrect address or missed delivery requires another delivery attempt, any additional charge will be explained and agreed with you before redelivery.
