| Cast Stretch Films: |
 Stretch film manufactured by RMCL is by cast process. Both blown and cast films are available in the market however cast stretch films are preferred over blown stretch films due to its better optical and cling properties. Raw material cost of cast stretch film is also lower than that of blown stretch film; however machinery cost is comparatively five times that of blown film extrusion machine. Our Company manufactures both manual and machine type stretch films with a range of properties and prices to suit various usages and various price sensitiveness. Our cast line is equipped with precise beta gauge control system to ensure the thickness variation of the film. We also manufacture colored stretch films for customized requirements.

TQPP bags and liners are manufactured in our Unit I and are available to pack various textile and secondary packaging application Company specializes into bottom sealed PP bags for grocery and secondary packing applications. Company manufactures specialized TQPP/ BOPP sheets for audio cassettes, butcher houses and ready to eat take-away. |

| Paper Tubes and Cores: |
These are manufactured by sticking together many strands of paper and winding around a moving mandrel. These tubes are used to wind yarns and fibers whereas cores are used to wind films and textiles. These paper tubes are manufactured by sticking individual strip of papers thoroughly coated with adhesive on the designated gum coating stands. As strips of paper are coated with gum individually, different gums with different viscosities are used to get the desired result. Company specializes in manufacturing of paper tubes and cores for applications like winding of POY, DTY, metal wires, fabrics, films and other varied end uses.

| Multilayered Blown Films for Lamination: |
These lamination films are laminated with substrates like PET/ BOPP and the composite structures are used for packing of various end uses like packing of rigorous oils, mayonnaise sauces, ketchups, skimmed milk powders, various pesticides and other various challenging end uses. Company manufactures three layered blown films on state of the art machines and is in process to install five layered plant in short time. We have long experience of lamination film requirements and also export to Russian and Middle East countries for stringent requirements. Our in house engineers and stalwarts on the advisory panel are always available for the most critical technical application you may have.

| Five- Layered Blown Film. |
Our Company is increasing capacity of manufacturing three layered films and is adding the facilities to produce five layered film. Surface printed three and five layered films are used for edible oil, ghee and milk packaging. Five layered films are also generally used for vacuum packing of cashews, thermoforming and other rigorous applications. Company specializes into manufacturing of EVOH and nylon films for rigorous applications.

| Box straps: |
All our PP box straps are made from first grade virgin PP. This gives it excellent strength and great look. We also provide option to have any name or other details printed on the strap. Both heat sealable (machine use) and manual use types of straps are available. All different size ranging form width 6-18 mm, and thickness of 0.5 - 0.8 mm is available, in various different colors.
